These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the online courses, coaching programmes, templates, and memberships provided by Future Growth Lab Ltd, trading as The Growth Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide self-paced digital courses, live group or individual coaching programmes, downloadable templates, and membership-based resources. Details of each product or service, including duration, content, and pricing, are displayed on the relevant product page before purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our courses or programmes. By accessing our services, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Purchases, Payments and Access

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless an instalment or subscription plan is explicitly offered. Prices are displayed in GBP and may include VAT where applicable.

Access to digital content is provided immediately upon successful payment unless otherwise stated. Membership access continues for the period specified at purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection, device, and software meet the technical requirements necessary to access our content.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

• We offer a 30-day full refund guarantee for all self-paced digital courses, live coaching programmes, downloadable templates, and memberships.

• In the case of programmes and memberships the refund applies to the last payment received and within 30 days of that payment.

• A refund is for the amount received and the company is not responsible for any loss incurred by the client as a result of exchange rate fluctuations since the payment was made.

• To request a refund, please contact admin@thegrowthlab.org within 30 days of your purchase, including proof of payment and a brief explanation of your request.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• No refunds will be issued after the 30-day period has elapsed.

• Refunds are for the full amount received by the company after any transaction fees directly attributable to the client payment channel. For example the refund is for the amount received by Future Growth Lab Ltd and evidence will be provided in the case of any dispute.

If a course or programme is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued automatically.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided as part of our courses, coaching, templates, and memberships — including videos, documents, audio files, and downloads — are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Future Growth Lab Ltd.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning and development. You may not copy, distribute, share, or resell any of our content without prior written permission.

7. Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, data, or account associated with The Growth Lab.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

• Personal data collected during registration or purchase is used solely for providing and improving our services.

• We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store payment card details.

9. Disclaimers

All courses, coaching sessions, and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not make any guarantees about specific outcomes or results from participating in our programmes.

Nothing provided by The Growth Lab should be construed as legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We exclude all implied warranties, conditions, and other terms.

• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the course, programme, or membership giving rise to the claim.

• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, data, or opportunity.

11. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, misuse materials, or engage in conduct detrimental to other participants or to The Growth Lab.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices or legal requirements. Any substantial changes will be communicated via our website or by email.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
