I am a successful project manager, but my achievements stem from the collective talents and motivations of my team. In life, some challenges have clear rules and outcomes, resembling finite games where success is defined by winning within a set framework. Others are like infinite games, where the objective is not to win but to continue playing, growing, and evolving.
